How do I pay?
Once you receive your invoice, you will have the option to pay via credit card, checking account, or Venmo (@motherclustersllc). Orders under $100 must be paid in full at the time of placing the order. For orders over $100, you may pay 50% upfront upon request and the remainder to be due 3 days prior to pickup.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders should be placed at least a week in advance to guarantee the order can be fulfilled. If orders are requested within a week of needing the product(s), we may not be able to fulfill the order but we will certainly try our best!
Do you take rush orders?
Orders made within a week of needing the product(s) is not guaranteed to be fulfilled, but we will try our best to fulfill the order!
Where can I pickup my order?
As a cottage food business, we only sell at farmer's markets or from right outside the home in Fairfax, VA. Once you fill out the order form or send us an email with your order, you will receive an invoice with the address. Follow us on social media to see what farmer's markets we will be at. If it's convenient for you, we would be happy to have you pick up your order at the farmer's market. Email us at motherclustersllc@gmail.com to coordinate!
When can I pickup my order?
Once your invoice is paid, you will receive an email coordinating a time to pickup your order.
What are your refund and cancelation policies?
There are no refunds within 5 days of the pickup date. You may cancel any time before the 5 days and get a full refund. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us and we will make it right!
What is your return policy?
Once the product(s) has been picked up, we cannot take returns. If there are any concerns about your order, please reach out!
Who is responsible if the product gets damaged?
Once pickup has taken place, Mother Clusters is not liable for anything that happens to the product after it’s in the customer’s possession.
Can you accommodate allergens?
Most of our clusters can be made without ingredients that you are allergic to, however, please note that all clusters are made on shared equipment and there is a possibility for cross-contamination.
What size clusters do you offer?
We offer 3 different sizes to choose from. We have our Little Mother Clusters which are our mini sizes that are 1-3 bites (+$2 extra/lb), our Basic Mother Cluster which is 3-6 bites, and our Colossal Mother Cluster which is our big a$$ mother cluster that is perfect for sharing!
How many clusters come in a pound?
One pound has about 12-15 of the Basic Mother Clusters size depending on the type of cluster.
What is the minimum order I can make?
The minimum order is 1 pound of the same type of clusters.
